Groupon Guest Policy

To ensure an exceptional experience for all guests, we kindly ask Groupon clients to review the following:

  • Voucher Appointments:
    Groupon vouchers are redeemable on select days only. Please call/text us to check availability.
  • No-Shows & Reschedules:
    A missed appointment or reschedule will require a deposit to rebook. Failure to attend your reserved time will result in voucher forfeiture.
  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule and will forfeit any deposit or voucher.

    Please plan accordingly to respect your appointment and the time of others.
  • No Refunds:
    All Groupon bookings are final. No refunds will be issued once an appointment is scheduled.
